Blood Test

I have to have a blood test to check the cells in my blood. The doctor or nurse will do this.

They will put a band around my arm. It might feel a bit tight. This is okay.

They will wipe my arm clean, then put the needle in my arm. I might feel a little sting. This is okay.

They will take some blood to be tested, then take the needle out. 

They will put some cotton wool or a band-aid on when they are done.
