Plaster Off

I have to get my plaster taken off.

My broken bone has started to heal and get better.

First, they will cut the hard part of the cast with a special saw.

The saw cannot hurt me, but it might tickle. This is okay.

The saw will make a lot of noise.

I can wear headphones in case the saw is too loud.

They might use special pliers to help open up the plaster.

Then they will use special scissors to cut off the softer padding part of my cast.

I will try to keep my body very still when they do this.

Even though my cast is off,

my bone is still healing so I will try to be very careful until it is all better.
